About us
As an avid motorsports enthusiast for the past 30+ years, growing up riding and racing anything with a motor, I have developed a strong passion for all things fast and fun. From motocross to off-road desert racing, I have been deeply involved in the world of speed. I am also a firm believer in the motto "look fast, go fast" because there is no better feeling than pulling up to the track and executing in style.
Coming into my adult life, I went into the career field of automotive and industrial refinishing and started restoring custom cars and motorcycles in my free time. This passion led me to taking on projects for others and ultimately starting Flowkote out of my shop in Buckley, WA. We have been up and running, expanding, and working on some of the coolest projects around since 2020.

Cerakote is one of our favorite products for a reason. It is a ceramic-based coating that offers serious durability and heat resistance, making it ideal for motorcycle parts. It has an extremely low MIL thickness, making it great on items with tight tolerances such as moving mechanical parts and gasket mating surfaces. It holds up against scratches, corrosion, and weather, while giving a clean, custom finish. It’s a solid upgrade for both looks and long-term protection. Cerakote comes in hundreds of different color options but our most commonly used colors here are Burnt Bronze, Graphite Black and Sniper Grey. We use this on engine cases, calipers, suspension components, hubs, etc.

Vapor blasting/Sand blasting
Vapor blasting, also known as vapor honing, is a cleaning and surface finishing process that uses a mix of water, fine abrasive media, and air pressure. It’s a gentler alternative to dry blasting and is perfect for restoring aluminum and other metal parts without damaging the surface. The result is a smooth, clean, satin-like finish that looks factory-fresh. It’s ideal for engine cases, wheels, and other components where you want a clean, detailed look without harsh abrasion.
We offer vapor blasting for motorcycle and auto parts to get that beautiful satin finish you know and love. Parts preferably need to come free of dirt and grime and have bearings removed. We also offer basic dry sandblasting with aluminum oxide media if you just need the finish removed on your parts.
